Rough Terrain Forklifts: Lifting Past the Warehouse
Rough terrain forklifts enable the transportation and lifting of materials in special conditions. They are often used in construction sites, lumber yards, coal mines and oil fields. They are fitted with tires that keep a load steady on soft or uneven surfaces, or surfaces rougher than smooth, concrete-based warehouses. Rough terrain forklifts can also pick up loads from a slope or otherwise unusual position, whereas “normal” forklifts must approach their load head on. PennWest distributes the worlds leading brands for rough terrain forklifts including Manitou, and Toyota.
